Fidelity for a company 401k, and currently with Schwab for IRA and checking account. 1 & 2 are close in terms of quality customer service and security. For 3, Schwab's website is cleaner but not as intuitive. Schwab has better travel benefits with their debit and credit card. I opened a fidelity account about a month ago and funded it same day. Still waiting on some trading approval since Jan 29.
